My services can be tailored to suit your exact requirements and include the following:~

• Free initial design meeting and consultation

We can discuss your design ideas, I can provide advice, answer your questions and set out a plan of action.

• Building and land surveys

Full or partial survey as required of the existing property, drawn up in digital format.

• Sketch schemes and feasibility studies

I can produce designs to bring your own ideas to life and introduce designs that you may not have considered, together with working to your budget requirements and liaising with the planning authority as required.

• Planning drawings and application

Including applications for Conservation Area and Listed Building Consent where required.

• Building Regulation drawings and application

Production of Building Regulation (construction) drawings, details and specifications, application for building regulations approval.

• Coordination of tender enquiries

Identify and recommend builders, manage tender enquiries and advise on tenders received. Preparation of building contracts.

• Project management services

Manage the building contract, as your representative with the chosen builder through to completion of the project.
